About

Tuft Little Creations

Tuft Little Creations is a Pittsburgh-based fiber arts studio blending creativity, emotional wellness, and artisan design. We specialize in two powerful offerings: therapeutic art programs that help young people grow through hands-on expression, and custom couture rugs that elevate spaces with meaning and craftsmanship. Whether in a classroom or an office, our work is rooted in the belief that art can heal, connect and inspire.

Meet Our Team

The Heart Behind Every Stitch

At Tuft Little Creations, our team is made up of passionate educators, artists, and community advocates who believe in the power of fiber arts to inspire, heal, and transform. Every rug, every lesson, every workshop is infused with the care, creativity, and experience our team brings to the table — and the loom.

Kiarra Little | Founder, Creative Director, & Lead Teaching Artist

I’m Kiarra Little, a multidisciplinary artist, educator, professional school counselor and the founder of Tuft Little Creations. My journey began with a deep belief in the power of creative expression to heal, empower, and transform. Blending my background in education, design, and emotional wellness, I created Tuft Little Creations to be more than a business — it’s a space where art meets intention.

Through therapeutic fiber arts programs, I help young people explore their creativity while building emotional resilience. And through custom couture rugs, I help clients tell their stories through textures, color, and craftsmanship.

Whether working with a child learning to tuft their first piece or innovating textile design to craft for curated interiors, I bring the same care, detail, and purpose to every stitch. My work is rooted in the belief that fiber arts can shape how we feel — and how we live.

Our Mission

At Tuft Little Creations, our mission is to inspire healing, confidence, and creativity through the transformative power of fiber arts.
We believe that making with our hands can help mend what’s inside. Through therapeutic workshops, we support the emotional growth of young people by teaching them how to slow down, express themselves, and take pride in their process. At the same time, we craft bespoke, handcrafted rugs that bring depth, meaning, and artistry into homes and shared spaces. Every loop, tuft, and thread is an invitation — to create boldly, connect deeply, and empower from the inside out.

Our Vision

We envision a world where fiber arts are more than a craft — they are a catalyst for transformation.
At Tuft Little Creations, we strive to lead the way in both therapeutic art education and innovative textile design. We imagine classrooms where students build resilience through hands-on creation, studios where artisans honor their heritage with every stitch, and living spaces adorned with rugs that tell stories of care, courage, and creativity. In our world, every fiber holds purpose — shaping not just what we make, but who we become.
